If you are an artist, you are an artist in principle, whatever you do. Every artist somehow concentrates the world around her within herself and reflects it back outside in some other way. All my work is somehow a part of the same process. Sometimes there are ideas that require a different form for being released - ideas that continue to haunt you. So you have to do something about it. I think it is the theatrical intuition that lets you see things that fill you up again when you have become empty and in danger of repeating yourself. This is when I turn to objects and installations, filling up spaces and giving them to the figures inside my mind.
